Browse through the clinics below by selecting the locations you'd like to work in. Check the box next to specific clinics that you want to work. Click the location again to hide the clinics.

Note: You can hide clinics you've chosen and they will stay selected.

When you've selected all the clinics you're interested in, click on the submit button at the bottom of the page. The following page will confirm your selections, by clinic number only, so be sure to take note of which ones you select.
